We know reaching for support can be difficult and respect the vulnerability of this process.  Please know that we're happy to answer any questions you may have and to walk you through the process to ensure a good fit with the proper support. We strive to customize a treatment plan that is individualized, efficient, and created with a level of clinical excellence that considers the whole person. We consider the integration of body, mind, and spirit.

We Focus on all Aspects of Recovery

Our practice works collaboratively with other providers, pastors, family support, etc. as we are not meant to do the journey alone. Additionally, we will refer to other resources outside of Exhale if it is the best interest of the client.

We strive to create corrective experiences within the therapeutic or coaching relationship.

The intention is to establish the three stages of recovery: stabilization, processing, and integration utilizing research-based methods and clinical excellence. Exhale team members all have extensive training and experience in treating individuals, couples, families, and adolescents.

Our team is made up of wounded healers and our hope is to utilize our personal and professional experiences to create a safe path towards redemption and recovery.

TRAUMA-FOCUSED APPROACH

Your Recovery is Our Priority
